OFF GRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEM

Designed and used by those that wish to generate and supply uninterrupted power for self-consumption and/or are located in remote areas with little or minimum access to grid, the Off-the-grid power system is an ideal self-sufficient option. You consume what you generate, and generate what you need. The catch here is, there could be low generation troughs in cloudy weather, and, obviously no generation at night. At such times, the excess power generated during the day can be used from storage batteries. This adds another layer of investment and maintenance to the system, inflating the initial and running costs to some extent. Both individual units and small communities can benefit from this system, especially if mini grids and common systems can be created to cater to the community. There are more people opting for this autonomy and self-sufficiency, and are called ‘off-gridders’.
